Paris Climate Deal-Is it the Solution?

The rising in global temperature has called for drastic measure to be taken to address temperature rise. But my puzzle is will the Paris climate deal be a fair deal to the industrialized nations? Do we not also see some level of contribution from the developing countries who through their outdated means of living contribute to global warming?

I live in America and I support President Trump withdrawing from the Paris Climate thing.
