lately I noticed that in our country India,job vacancies are really going down.It is happening in both the private and government sectors.While most of the private sectors are affected by the new job policies,many fresh graduate students are unable to get jobs.After studying for several years they have no opportunity to flourish as most of the companies are expecting experienced employees.On the other hand government job opportunities are also decreasing day by day.And due to the Reservation system many good young people are unable to get a job.The situation is quiet problematic.Do you guys have any suggestions to solve the problem?What is going on in your country?

I don't think so. Try and develop your skills accordingly. There are lots of opportunities for fresher's in private sector. As they mostly prefer fresher's. Try you will succeed.

I don't think you are aware of the situation.It is not like what you are saying.Earlier every engineering students got job after they graduated from college. But now the situation has changed .Many remains jobless.

I am against reservation system ......so many students do hard work get good marks but still they with less marks get job and admission. .....there should be equality.......whye always deserve one get suffer

Me too,the government should take some serious step to stop this system.It is affecting our economy in great amount.
