Nicola Tesla's (hundred year-old) sharply accurate prediction, regarding the way we (currently) communicate at this time is quite astounding -- would you not agree?
The direction that technology has taken, and our method of communicating with our cell phones, as well as, the capacity of what our cell phones are capable of doing -- as a communication tool, and the other ample amount of functions they have, is enormous.
The genius and intuitive insight of Nicola Tesla may have been just as profound as his sharply accurate foresight, into the future of technology and communication; not to mention, the way we have evolved, with those little devices that have become such an enormous part of our lives; for better.. or worse. (Hopefully, we can all achieve a happy-balance when we utilize our little devices.. 'we' as having them in the palm of our hands, rather than the devices as 'running our lives' -- but, that's a whole other topic.)
You may check out an article about Tesla's prediction.. below, it really is astounding; (and let us know what ya think of his insight and intuition, please) ~
Our cell phones have become so ubiquitous that we barely use them as phones. They’re now our pocket cameras, the platform for our apps, and machines to text, chat, and send images. When you step back and think about it, it’s pretty wild.

Wasn't he living during the same era as Thomas Edison? And didn't he and Edison both know a lot about electricity among other things?

I did not read the article. I see what cell phones do and it makes me sick and I wonder everyday what did people do before they were invented. I drive on my scooter down the street and if it isn't a bike zooming by with no horn to let me know he or she is coming or a motorcycle, it is a person standing right in the spot checking their phone or walking directly at me with their eyes on their phone or not forward. I wish something could be done. I am sick and tired of having to watch out for all that and take care of myself too. I am responsible for me and my cat. How did it get to be that I have to be responsible for everyone else that comes in my path. Why can't they be responsible for themselves.
