What do you do when you angry? when I'm angry I eat ice cream it relaxes me and makes me forget what happened... what about u?

Listen to music, play with the dogs, talk to my boyfriend, sometimes work out. I wish I was one of those people that always worked out when upset or angry.

When I am angry, I keep silent and do my work seriously. After sometime I would have forgotten the reason for my anger.

Ice cream is called a "comfort food" for a good reason. But for anger management I like to go to the gym.

I think that you are correct in finding something that just take your mind off of things and help you relax a bit. The more I see these situations the more that reading in a quiet place seems to help me.
