Well, I must admit that never rush to buy the popular superfood products. For the first time about the chia seeds I found out a few years ago, when started jogging, I read a worldwide bestseller of Ch. McDougall, a book "Born to run", which really inspiring describes the Tarahumara tribe people running techniques, when regardless of age, people overcome hundreds of kilometers without rest and comfortable running shoes and, obviously, without longer stops in to eat, and the forces recovering by a handful of chia seeds. Chia in Mayan language means strength and accurately describes the ability of seeds to strengthen the body and provide energy. Although I did not start running barefoot, book encouraged me to try the drink of chia seeds, namely chia seeds soaked in water flavored with honey and lime juice. I love this drink and its satiety, so now chia seeds are a part of my food.

I have chia seeds for making puddings. The other superfoods I eat are Moringa, Spirulina, dragon fruit, sunflower sprouts and Silkie chicken( Silkie chicken is a chicken with black colored meat)

Wow thats cool to know. My sister recently started eating these in her protein shake and she has always had problems staying regular....thise problems are now gone. Haha. I would like to try these but they seem so high calorie (160 calories for two tablespoons?) It just seems like a lot. How do you feel after drinking them? Is there a noticeable difference?

I am naturally skeptical about anything that claims to be a superfood, so no I do not really buy them. I am open to giving them a try though and interested in any benefits that they may have.
