Phone Issues

Good afternoon, I have just spent nearly thirty minutes on the phone trying to get my clients phone turned back on. I had to talk that automated recording, before I could talk to someone in support. I enrolled her in auto pay, don't want to go through that again next month. Frustrated as all get out.

I hate calling companies, or doctor stuff. Its never easy

Sorry about that. It is very trying all that auto recordings.
I wish it were like the old days no auto records to listen to.
