Phone Issues

Good afternoon, I have just spent nearly thirty minutes on the phone trying to get my clients phone turned back on. I had to talk that automated recording, before I could talk to someone in support. I enrolled her in auto pay, don't want to go through that again next month. Frustrated as all get out.

yes, trying to sort out problems over the phone can become lengthy and frustrating at times, unfortunately...

Sorry about that. It is very trying all that auto recordings. I wish it were like the old days no auto records to listen to.
