I slept thrice yesterday

What I didn't tell you before after my first successful change in my sleeping pattern, I end up being more sleepy. The morning I sleep for two hours at least and then around five in the afternoon I slept again for thirty minutes.
Is there any other drink I could keep myself awake besides coffee, coke and energy drink?
Hope that's not a sign of getting old or weak..Though I have walk with my dog I don't think that was enough for me to sweat a lot.

Sometimes that happens Letran. The body needs rest and take it.
I have few days like that. But in general not to worry I hope.
But yet I am older than you.
The only thing that helps me is a Red Bull drink haha

@Letranknight2015 Yes if you take naps, then it stops you from going to sleep early, I do that sometimes Letran.

Hello @Shavkat Well, it happens to me every afternoon, never liked brewed coffee though, not sure why after the first sip.
