An era of web series

Nowadays lot of filmmakers are venturing into digital entertainment.
Vikram Bhatt started the web series like Twisted, Spotlight and Maaya.
Ram Gopal Varma, who never made a short film till now, already came up with his new short film and is going to launch his new web series " Thighs and Guns"
Anurag Kashyap team is always into web series.
It seems Indian filmamaker have got creative freedom as far as content is concerned when it comes to web series or digital entertainment.
Alt Balaji is even charging some money for its series to be viewed.
Ram Gopal Varma mentioned that in movies, one has to deal with issues of censorship and also the budget needs to be on higher side, with web series he can express himself without censorship issues.
Even directors like Ashutosh Gowariker, Aditya Chopra, Mohit Suri have expressed interest over venturing in this zone.

Loving the recent web series..they are taking up the subjects which were not taken up previously..and the best part is, the story cant be prolonged and has to be told as effectively as possible :)
