Hi, most of the places lecturers now gives us notes only . They want us to go through it and understand the things thru discussing it with our colleges. You read the notes if you are unable to understand ask that to your friends or lecturer. All the best for your future exams . You will pass the exam with good marks.

Talk to other students and ask them how they see things. Form a group and study together. Talk to the tutor and ask for advice how to prepare for exams.

@Bronwyne This is not surprising at all! I was a teacher for 40 years and know a bit about the matter. :-) When you study together, you will be sitting on chairs. I suggest that the student who answers a question get up and move away from the others (at least 5m) and only then answer. The idea is top get used to being looked at by others while talking and to talk in a loud voice. The others can also tell you when you talk too quickly - which is nearly always the case when you're excited. Don't forget to breathe! Don't take a piece of paper with you with a long text. Write down only keywords. Use coloured pens for the important parts. --- Drop me a line about how things are going with my suggestions.
