Superman The Movie: The Best Ever?

Superman The Movie director Richard Donner has been credited with the inspiration of influencing Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and D C films president Geoff Johns to try their hand at making super hero movies. Superman The Movie which came out in 1978 starred the late Christoper Reeve as Clark Kent/Superman which was so successful, that Reeve starred in three more Superman movies before he passed away in 2004. I will admit the Superman movie is average since I was shocked that it contained vulgar language but a very good plot. However the sequels were a lot better than the first one. I hare to rain on the parade of Feige and Johns but their super hero movies are basically for the younger movie fan base. However their movies give me ammunition to write satire fan fictions of the movies that have come out as the heroes in their movies are basically the mentors to PBS Kids heroine Wordgirl, her assistant monkey Captain Huggyface, her cousins Donna and Debi Isthmus and their family friend The History Nut Panama Squirrel. Yes I do march to the beat of my own old school drummer even it gets me in trouble with those plebeians at Facebook.

@Lupita234 His version of Superman is a little bit darker than the late Chris Reeve.

I prefer the New Adventures of Superman that was voiced by the late Bud Collyer myself.

General Zod did say in the first movie to Jor-El the words "Your blank". Meaning his behind before the General was going into the Phantom Zone.
