Time for Some Cardio Exercise

I would like to do some exercises on weekdays but my task for my job seems to be endless. I guess I can only do exercises during weekends. Good thing is that there will be no classes on Monday so I can exercise for 3 days in a row. My goal is to reduce my lower belly fats which is annoying me. I am petite but have lower belly fats. How often do you exercise?

When we are home we exercise 5 days a week. Mon-Fri, we take the weekend off.

I've been annoyed by my belly fat as well. But sometimes I couldn't help but eat.Though there are days that I enjoy walking, it's not enough.

I'm doing some running and biking exercise every morning. For you cardio maybe you can do push ups and for your belly you can do sit ups. I can see your body like me.

I used to go for evening walks for atleast 30 mins daily. But I am not really going now. I feel tired when I come back from work.

@Nawsheen I am also walking from our house to my work but it is just a short distance. I love walking because it is the only form of exercise I can do during weekdays.

@annierose same here i am a bit lazy to do other types of exercises. So i started going for evening walks. It is a good exercise and is quite relaxing too
