Hi to all Mylot friend's...Have a wonderful day Yeah...Many of us taking our breakfast everyday.Actually taking fruits as breakfast has more benefit's... Taking Fruits at morning is easier because no need to cook. Those who don't have time and also going to work outside could also eat fruits as their break fast.Because fruits is packed with beneficial vitamins, minerals, crucial phytonutrients and antioxidants that contribute to lower cholesterol levels and lower blood pressure.Remember, the brain runs off glucose, so if you want to stay focused throughout the day, then eat a nice big water-dense fruit meal for breakfast!

I don't usually eat fruit for breakfast.. but then again, I don't usually eat a normal breakfast since I work 3rd shift. I may eat fruit as a snack or with a meal though. Today I brought some strawberries with me to work - I am going to try to eat them with my sandwich.

That is true. Fruits have so many health benefits but I prefer heavy breakfast like bread, egg and coffee. I have fruits like banana or papaya to go with it. But eating fruits alone for breakfast will not do for me. My stomach will not be happy as well.

Is a great idea to have fruits in the morning as fruit contains lot of minerals and vitamins that needed by the body. Taking fruits are for those in the city. But for those in the village they prefer others. For we Asian we like to cook and rice is the best. Fried rice with meat and a fried egg on top look yummy.

I think that a mixture of fruit, cereal or oats porridge, eggs and bacon, toast and marmalade, tea or coffee, does it nicely for me! But then I would be eating too much! They say eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch and a pauper at supper.

Yeah...That's really great to hear. Also this proverb is very nice..Breakfast is the first meal of the day and it is the meal that the body uses to top up its glucose levels.
