Want to know an easy way to soothe a throbbing headache?
Get a small tub of hot water mixed with mustard powder and soak your feet for about a half hour.
Since blood drawn to the lower part of your body will reduce the pressure in the blood vessels of the head, soaking your feet with this homemade remedy will have you feeling better in no time without having to take any over-counter medication.
Plus giving you a chance to sit back and soak your feet, that's a perfect opportunity to relax even more. Now that's my type of stress relief.

Oh I had not thought of that but I remember reading that years ago ladies used to take mustard bathes.

@TiarasOceanView Actually it's getting really hot outside right now, so I try to stay indoors with air conditioning as much as possible.

Oh what a good way to get relaxed and to get rid of the head ache. I would like to try it when i have a head ache.

@djbrat13 Oh no I won't feel bad after all you are suggesting a solution to a problem. Not me but my mother usually has head aches, I will ask her to try when she has and let you know.
