In social life, we cannot stay away from other people: your neighbors, coworkers, relatives, and many other people we often meet and deal with. When we disagree to what people do. we tend to feel bad about it. Anger, dissatisfaction, and so forth fill our heart. The more we feel bad about it, the more we will feel sort of hurt. Some of us, maybe, feel that other people dislike you. Maybe they don't hate you. It's only our feeling.

That is when you start living the life of, don't deal with toxic people. As soon as I know a situation is not going to work out with a person and there is no way to fix it, I am out. I don't give them a chance to hurt me. anger is inevitable, it is good to be angry because it helps us realize a different outcome. Dissatisfaction, if someone is upset because someone disappointed them...they kind of need to take a step back and see exactly what it was that was so bad to upset them. We are filled with anger, but we need to remember that we are only human and need to learn how to fix problems, instead of just being so angry and hateful.
