Over the last year or so our state has had multiple inmates escape from jails and prisons across the state. a few were at the same prison on multiple occasions. In my opinion, If our tax dollars are being used for the buildings to place these people ,then if they are escaping more than once, then our tax dollars are not being used properly. If we can't keep violent offenders locked up,Then what is the point of having the buildings? They need to be more secure or something. What are your thoughts on this?
