Not looking good

So my roommate is pretty much in trouble here. He claimed his check was only $55 yesterday but yet only gave me $20, bought $35 pair of shoes, fast food and other stuff and never even paid for anything in the house including food. He is supposed to be paying $75 here a week and since he moved in he has barely paid that. He sees his PO today and I am tempted to call or go to his PO and tell him what is going on. I am beyond ticked and frustrated....

I would give him a time limit to start paying what he is suppose to or he needs to find another place to live.I would call his po and talk to them. I would be the same way you are in this situation.

Personally, I would if it was me. Because in reality, it seems like this is someone who does not really care, and will continue to not pay their part of their bargain because they know they can get away with it. In reality it is time someone show them that Freedom is something earned if you want a roof over your head, etc. Make them be a responsible adult and let them be out on the streets if that is what it might take.

I don't think his PO can do anything, when it comes to his money and what he puts it towards. Neither can you, besides kick him out.

You should tell him to find another place and give him a deadline. Your own finances will suffer if this keeps up and once you start digging that financial hole it's very difficult to get out!
