Would you date a person that was many years older than you (say 20+). Although you may feel like you have something in common and can possibly have an intellectual conversation...do you really have things in common and how long will it last? Is age truly just a number?

I think it is only a number. A friend of mine married a guy more than 10 years of her age.

Nope, too much older is close to my dad's age, too much younger I just feel like being someone's mommy. I was very attracted to a younger guy once 13 years younger, but other than the attraction, we have nothing in common, so it was just too awkward....

I do believe that age is just a number, but dating a person 20 years ahead of me would be fine. It's just a date, a friendly date I guess, nothing more.
