Good morning from Australia...
I'm sorry for not responding to any posts or comments.
I am now waiting to be picked up by a friend so we all go to see a lawyer.
After waiting for 6 months, I can't wait any longer. Here I am, as well as my colleagues, being victims of bullying. We reached out for help from the big BOSS. Weeks after weeks they keep promising us that they are will give us an answer, yet no answer has been given to us, nor the bully being pushed.
This is only an internal investigation, not like the bully will be put in jail for his crime.
Now we take the matter in our own hands, we are going to get help from a lawyer.
Today is Friday and still no answer from any one. Hope that what I am doing now is the right decision.
I will get on to myLot to see all my friends once I get home.

Yes, the cost really worries me...But I want the big Boss to know that I am not going to sit back and let the bully enjoying himself.
Now I have to spend night and day on myLot, with alot of responding and commenting to get the money to pay for the lawyer..

I have an on going job. The bully is my small boss only, so now we all put in a complaint to the big boss, and they take so long to give us an answer.

Bullying is every where. If you are bullied by a co worker then it's easy for you to deal with, but if your leader/boss bullies you then you have a very tough fight ahead of you..unless everyone stands up.

I am, or my group of friends, just normal people, so our crying is nothing to them. I trust them when they promised us that the result would be out soon.... Now I have to ask a lawyer to do the talking on my behalf. My other friend has already engaged him (the lawyer) for her case.
