Where is the Respect?

Today I was on Facebook as usual and someone was on there acting a fool. I mean where is the respect when it comes to talking about other people especially when it comes to family. I would never call my mother out my name even if I am mad at her over something.
I just saw someone call their mom a "B" and I was like please take that down and don't do that because there has to be a line of respect there. Why would you even say something like that online? Why do people just air out their dirty laundry all over the internet and then expect someone not to say anything?
Have any of you seen stuff like that online? I am sure many of you may have seen worse.

I've seen and I've done it. In the past though when we were going througb some rough patches and i needed to vent. Its life its happens to aloy of people. Parents/kids, siblings etc.

Yes, I have heard of venting but that is what a close girlfriend or something is for. in mine personal. opinion. I have a lot of respect for my husband and so if we argue about something and even when he makes me really made to have a hand written or something. I am not saying you can't vent but better have some respect when it comes to doing so.
I know we all are not perfect but I know when I want to vent I have someone I can talk to and if I don't then I am venting into a journal in silent. When you vent to the world it stays forever and nothing change.

@Keyia120 but we're all different. And its not disrespect if someone does you wrong first. So yeah.

I pretty much stay away from social media. I recently started a facebook page but it is restricted to my immediate family who would never engage in anything like that

Yep, I mean they stay in the same area but why even treat someone like this especially if it was someone that raised you. I am not saying that she was right for what she said but you just can't treat anyone any old type of way. I hate when a family does that period because they feel that they can treat you anyway because they are family. I still wouldn't get on social media and call people out their name.
