Hey, Stop Unfollowing My Follows

I went to check out the front pages of a few of my friends and low and behold, six of them had the FOLLOW option on their page. I know I have been following them because I followed them at other sites. I know that no site is perfect and glitches happen but now I am going to have to sift through my list to see who is there and who isn't. Anyone else having this kind of bot action happening??
