Wanna split a 500 GBP rent and renovation costs?

No? Just came across another article talking about an Island off of the Snowdonia Park in Wales. For 500 GBP monthly (this price seems negotiable) we could go live in a farm house that is in need of restoration, but we'll have to foot the cost of that as well.. Any Takers? It's my ideal situation. Away From People!

You just reminded me I forgot to buy jammy dodgers! Darn! Well next time as I Am not going to spend more money just for a pack or two of them! phooey! The island looked a bit barren, but perhaps it has sheep? or we could bring some in. It's a farm house, and was originally farmland so...
