how many times a day you have a meal?

It depends on what you call a meal. For breakfast i usually have a nutrigrain bar. if that is a meal then my answer is 3 if not then 2.

i only eat once or twice a day. i know its bad but im not hungry within the first few hours of waking up and i dont want to force myself to eat if i dont want to
