Do you think movies should come with color bars on top as to the mood they will evoke?

Do you think that movies should be rated by color code, based on the mood they will evoke in the viewer? There would be color charts that people could look for to decide if they wanted to go with either a Black stripe Violence and Gore type of movie to share with family and friends on a Saturday night or Blue for X-rated movies that evoke feelings that make you want to get some chocolates and take a cold shower. Red for Action and Violence, Green for PG types of movies, Purple for R rated movies that created a state of excitement and high adventure spirit? What to you think of this idea? They already do put ratings on the movie cases, but looking at the many moods that different R rated movies can produce in the viewer's mind set, would be better if they had color codes to go by. If so, what color would you use to reflect a good Christian Movie that is both inspirational and G rated for the entire family? My guess is somewhere between these 3 colors: 1. Sky Blue 2. Hunter Green 3. Deep Blue Have fun with this and I will be waiting for a response. So, what's the difference between the two terms, Evoke and Invoke?

Yes I think this is an excellent way to file movies. It would be great for me but what about someone with different personalities such as hysteria? ahha yes Evoke is to produce some feelings. Invoke is to call out for something such as doing spells or praying I imagine.

Yes... I want to know if the movie is going to make me cry at the end just like Maezee. Those are the ones that I would avoid!!

Thats an interesting idea! Although I wonder if thatwould give away some endings that are unexpectedly sad?

I think it could spoil it for some. Nobody likes when a person tells them the ending when they want to see it for the first time. This is a definite bad thing for them to do. I think some trailers of movies can give the ending away or at least confuse the outcome. Some happy movies are also very sad in the end. Some movies start off sad and end up uplifting and inspiring and make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. The thing is, they are bitter-sweet and I guess there has to be a color for those too.
