Why Do Some People Have to Be Rude?

Recently, three persons have joined our organization and have been given important positions. They have not risen to these positions on account of their long service in the organization but because they have been picked by the founder-director. I've seen that these three persons are often rude to other workers, even to those senior in age, in the organization. It is creating unhealthy atmosphere in the organization but no one can tell it to the director as these three persons are close to him. Where do you think this situation can lead?
