There's no denying that there's a lot of toxic individuals in the world. One can lose their insanity by spending too much time in any toxic environment. The toxins from some can cause a person to lose their "peace." If one wants to keep their sanity then they'll need to remove toxic individuals from their lives. Some are aware of their toxicity and will continue to spill the toxins in hopes of causing insanity. It's better to spend time alone then to be surrounded by toxic individuals especially on a regular basis. "Meditating is a great way to generate peace" and remove all of the negatives which can arise when being in a toxic environment. Some have suffered because of allowing the toxins to enter their lives and not finding any outlets to remove the toxins. There are some who are like rattle snakes. They're waiting to strike in so many ways. Peacefulness should be obtained. No person should have to deal with a lot of toxic people all of the time. There has to be an outlet. Toxic individuals may not be mentally stable. There are some who are "going" through many challenges and may not know how to channel their emotions. Some will continue to take out their frustrations on others. "Do not Allow the Toxins to Create Insanity." by: Tanikka Paulk

Yes some toxins cannot be avoided totally, but we can do our utmost best to keep them at bay and clean them out of our minds.

I think we need to detoxify ourselves from these toxic people.

Toxins are all around us but there are ways to help rid yourself of them. As you mentioned meditation is a good way. Another is a positive mental attitude.

It is easier said than done, but I am working on this. It is difficult when individuals turn others against you....and they buy it.
