My Photography - Kayla & John 3

This photo is in the top 3 of my favorites of Kayla and John. I had to take several photos in this position to get a good one. I had to make sure Kayla's feet looked right in the photo because from the angle the were at and the angle I was at it made her look like her feet were growing out of her head. I had seen a post on Pinterest with this same post for couples and so I was excited to try it out on them.

I like this style of them on the grass! Very pretty! Do you use a specific editing program?

I use Adobe Photoshop. All I really do editing wose is the camera raw filter. It let's me change the saturation, vibriance, exposure, contrast, clarity, shadows, white, black, etc. I really just bump up the clarity, vibriance, and very slightly move the saturation up. I try not to do much unless it is needed. But mostly just those three, shadows, & spot heal for blimishes. If you over do it they can look really fake. My friend uses an app on her phone and it doesn't let her do individual blimishes but instead she has to smooth out the whole face and she always over does it. She also makes the teeth & whites of the eyes wayyyy too white so it all stands out weird.

@CaseyRoss9966 I don't have Adobe Photoshop on my laptop anymore. Your photos look really nice and I agree. I am not all about overdoing the photos. Overdoing photos can make them look unrealistic. It is only natural we have some flaws here and there which is fine. :)

@infatuatedbby Yea I try hard to not over do it on the vibrancy and saturation because it makes them look very fake. I am getting a lot better with it now than when I started out doing it.

Besides her eyes looking partly closed, it is a great picture.

Her eyes were open but her glasses cause these weird glares and make her eyes look weord. They were like that is a lot of the cap & gown photos I took of her. I have the same problem with my glasses which is why I don't wear them in glasses but she wantesbto wear hers. Also some people just have natural small squinty eyes. I got made fun of a lot because my eyes are so small when I take off my glasses but there really isn't anything I can do about her eyes.
