This one I need help or advice with. Me and a coworker were talking about our workout routines and she asked me if I ever tried using a"pre workout" with Creatine in it? I told her I had not. But I am open to just about anything as my weight loss has sure slowed down ans I could use somethig to give me energy and therefore workout with a little more intnsity than what I have been doing.
She told me this preworkout mix , you take 30 mins before exercising, gives you much more energy. I have Googled Creatine and apparentlt it causes water to go to your muscles (or something like that) which helps build muscle. On the downside, its not uncommon for folks who use it to retain water and therefore have a slight weight gain due to that.
I had an Amazon gift card to burn up so I decided to buy a thing of it to test it out.
Have you ever tried this?

I used it in the Marines and can attest it s great at building muscle and gaining weight. Have to remember muscle weighs more than fat. Overall, have heard mixed results for how healthy it is really for you. Also if you stop, body pretty much goes back to the way it was, at least for me that is how it worked.

Thanks for your advice. In the long run I know muscle burns more than fat. But not in any way shape or form looking to gain anything. I also wonder how "natural" these things are and how good for you they are. Any advice is apprecoated. By the way how the heck are you? Havent seen too many of your posts lately!

@maezee I have been good, have not been on here lately, taking some me time. How have you been? Also, have not heard many women use creatine. Believe it is more for a males physique. Not that they cannot, but usually men want mass where women just want to be tone.

Now this advice could be helpful. I work out now but no matter how hard I work and how much I eat,my body simply burn all the calories like a furnace. It is hard to be an ectomorph sometimes

Yes, I have. It helps your muscles recover faster. It works, but be sure to drink lots of water while you are using it.

I'm also afraid to use it. I mean I'm an ectomorph that does kali. I'm in desperate need to gain a few meat to help me with my sports. But somehow taking extra supplements like that makes me nervous. I think we have to consult a doctor first.
