I Attended The Total Package Tour On 6.25.17.

We had to pay for tickets to attend the Total Package Tour. I paid for accessories to wear to the show. My sister paid for the parking. But seeing my favorite group again for not only the second time, but a longer setlist? Priceless. I attended the Total Package Tour with my sisters on June 25th, but you all knew that because I mentioned it all the time lol. First, we stopped by Starbucks. I still had money on my reloadable card, and I had been saving it for us to use on the way to the show. We got there closer to 6:30pm, which is when the doors were due to open. The GPS nearly got us lost lol. We walked past one of Donnie’s friends, Johnny, on the way in (I recognized him from Rock This Boat and Wahlburgers), so that was pretty cool. Once we got upstairs to our level, I stopped at the merchandise stand. I had put money on the side to get my sisters and I NKOTB key chains, since they were only $5, and my Mommy asked me to get her one too lol. So we did that and went inside to find our seats. They were pretty good seats. :) Boyz II Men took the stage first, starting with Motownphilly. That was fun lol. Of course they did “One Sweet Day” (having the audience sing Mariah Carey’s part), and that hit my sisters and I since it was the four year anniversary of when Daddy went to the hospital. I tried to get a video, but I’m still learning how to use my new phone, so that one failed. Anyways, Boyz II Men did great. :) My older sister and I went to the bathroom and came back to find we missed the first half of Paula Abdul’s opening song. We didn’t know she was gonna go on so quick! I felt a little bad for my older sister, as I had seen the entire line-up at the Mixtape Festival last year, but she was fine and we still saw the rest of the act. She did all of her old hits, including “Straight Up” - which is the one I was waiting for last year and this year. Paula killed it. :) The final act of the night was New Kids On The Block, of course. I’m not going to lie, I did watch their intro online back in May, but I put a limit on how many videos I watched before my show. But I was so excited to see the opening -and my boys- in person. They did a mixture of their old hits (including songs from their very first album) and new hits (including stuff from their new “Thankful” EP). There was confetti throughout several songs, and yes, I brought some home with me lol. ;) They went into the crowd, but I was up in the 200s so it’s not like I’d interact with them, but Jordan Knight was on my side of the arena and I could see him clear as day lol. :) I was in another world during “Block Party” - which is one of my favorites from their second run. I just got so into it lol. I think I was doing the arm-wave in the opposite direction of everyone during Hangin’ Tough, and at that point I honestly didn’t care, I was having fun lol. Of course they always end the show with Hangin’ Tough, so I knew my show was coming to a close. :( Lol. My pics and vids didn’t really come out right, mainly blurry. I’ll attach one of the screen during “Block Party” to it when I post this, but yeah, many other fans have gotten better pics. It did bum me out that even the videos were choppy, but there’s nothing I can do about it. I still have my memories. I do want to shoot for closer seats, preferably on the floor, the next time they tour. It’s time to get closer to my boys lol. I was drained the next day, which is why I never posted on here lol.
