Introduction of GST in India - bloggers and content writers are roped in

There was a big inauguration last midnight when this historic window GST fell in place, in India.
It's ramifications need to be studied. As per what I have read bloggers and content writers may come under this net, without any exemption limit.
Can any experts here explain further?

The content writers shall be liable to pay tax at 18%. Further, the GST registration for content writers shall be mandatory if earned from outside the state.

Looks like. But I must get more on this and hoping some Indian here will have something to say. Does what I do here for example come under 'content writing'?
