Introduction of GST in India - bloggers and content writers are roped in

There was a big inauguration last midnight when this historic window GST fell in place, in India. It's ramifications need to be studied. As per what I have read bloggers and content writers may come under this net, without any exemption limit. Can any experts here explain further? Here is a link
The content writers shall be liable to pay tax at 18%. Further, the GST registration for content writers shall be mandatory if earned from outside the state.

Looks like. But I must get more on this and hoping some Indian here will have something to say. Does what I do here for example come under 'content writing'?
