What should I do if I want to take a job in the USA?

I'm a Chemical Engineering Engineer worked in a factory in China, and I worked in this factory for about 7 years. Do you think it is possible to take a job in the US? I want to earn much more money for my family. If it is possible, what should I do?

If its in my country we will apply in recruitment agencies for abroad.

@MattMeng because you are already a rich country but here in the Philippines who belong to the world countries, lots of employment agencies recruiting for employment in abroad that include domestic helpers, skilled workers and engineering jobs.
