It was surprising to learn about the benefits of peanut oil.. Everyone can test if this is true.. I will also ask my doctor, as he seems to know something about good oils. He takes care of athlets - they are using good nutrition, to get resultat.. Please make sure you are not allergic to peanuts..
Benefits of peanut oil include its ability to strengthen the immune system, boost cognitive function, improve the nervous system, protect the skin and prevent cancer.

Peanut oil is a very common oil here. It is much more expensive than the sunflower seeds oil and corn oil. And the dishes will be delicious with peanut oil. I am glad to hear that it has so many benefits.

Olive Oil and all other oils are not healthy and in fact they are dangerous! Dr John McDougall discusses whether oils are safe for human consumption. Could o...

@buenavida We try to use all things organic if available. The coconut oil is great for making toothpaste and nice for skin care too.

We use peanut oil IF we fry food, but use virgin olive oil for everything else. Both are very healthy oils.

Yes, olive oil is better used unheated. Also Coconut oil can be used for frying, but I use it raw most of the time. I think the only organic peanuts are in peanut butter, that we can buy here..
