Does weight reduction lead to less snoring.

Snoring occurs when people have blocked nose and circumference of neck becomes fatter. But medical journals say if weight is reduced snoring also reduces. I dont know how far it is true.

I think, Weight reduction helps some people but not everyone. I am curious about this as well.

@HAPPSINGH I think so buddy. But if you have gained weight and started snoring, but it did not happen to you before you have gained weight, maybe weight reduction may help.

No clue if it is true. Sometimes snoring is because of sleep apnea.

@sathviksouvik I think if you are obese you snore too much.I have a friend who is fat and she snore so very loud when she is sleeping so I think the doctor is right that losing weight can help.
