Try hard to forget someone but can't... what to do next?

He brought me no good, lied to me and chose somebody else about three years ago. I wonder why this becomes unforgettable and lingers in my dream every day and night. I changed to live a new place, but in vaine to eraze old memories. Really a nightmare every time when he emerged when I was asleep.

Because you were sincere and true to the other person. It really sucks the other person cheats. One of my friend really suffers this way, she got hurts but she told me she can never love the other person or accept him any more.

@Lisa201 Please try to find some other things which makes you busy all the time. That is the only option left. Fin the people who love you really and heartily.

Honestly, I think it's not worth suffering for someone who doesn't care and had betrayed you. I hope you will find a way to move on.
