The same benefits as selfies: feeding the ego and narcissism? 
Then it's also a way to stay in touch with followers, show everyone what someone has been up to, share info and knowledge. Live videos are a media tool just like photos or ordinary videos, with the same pros and cons. 
The only difference is being live, so somehow closer to the audience, as long as they interact.

@Sherwinmrtn Cybersex exists already, but it's likely to improve and become more "realistic". VR webcams so you can see people in 3D, objects/devices that will collect the movements so there will be a physical exchange as well. So many things can be invented and implemented, probably not in the next year but somehow soon.

@elisa1234 thats good. Because i have seen a lot of demerits than merits in it. It is addictive etc etc

@elisa1234 yes Instagram Facebook has option to go live to whole world, it is live streaming of thier video

I guess going live on instagram is like live on Skype to a degree. It is like being there at the moment and sharing the moment in real time.

This year, I really became addicted to Facebook. I learned to market with Fan Pages and Groups and really have enjoyed the interaction. I have friended many people from other countries which I would have never had the opportunity to interact with. I only have one caveat here, don't post anything you don't want the whole world to know as it will inevitably get out there!
