It appears that the once friendly relationship that Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James had with Dan Gilbert who is the owner of the basketball team will turn for the worse in the 2017-18 basketball season.
There are reports from Cleveland that Cavaliers forward/guard James Jones will not return to the team since Jones is 36 years of age and the management of the team will seek a younger player to be a member of the team in 2017-18.
James was very upset that Gilbert did not inform him that he was letting general manager David Griffin since his contract to stay with the team was not renewed.
Now James who is 32 years of age might as well be having his farewell Cavaliers Tour next basketball season since Griffin and Griffin have been let go by Gilbert.
But then again if the Cavaliers have a great regular season and win the National Basketball Association Championship, James could change his mind and do what the title of Maurice Williams And The Zodiacs called "Stay" which came out in 1960.

I didn't realize Jones was still active. It seems like he's been around forever.

Me neither but since Jones is a friend of James, it is likely that James will leave the Cavaliers next summer.
