Ugh you know what gets me down from pregnancy? Heartburn! I feel like I am super limited with my regular diet. Milk, coffee, chips and cheese are my biggest enemies.
Are there any of you that suffer from heartburn (pregnant or not) with these type of ingredients?

@Cat1993 i dont know about that. I love milk and drink it alot. Use to drink a whole gallon a day grewing up and never felt nauseous.
Milk is the only thing that helped alot of pregnant women i know with their heartburn.

I have reflux disease, so heartburn is a way of life. As I reply to you, I'm in a Mexican restaurant eating salsa. I can take medicine that may be off-limits to you because you're pregnant, but I pick and choose what I consider to be tasty enough to justify the heartburn.

@Cat1993 -- very special. Gaviscon works for me 98% of the time!
Seriously, hope you can find some relief. Heartburn can be miserable, and I'd figure being pregnant was enough misery....

Yes..but not for heartburn..I just can't eat those a lot though I love them.
My son has acid reflux though and can't eat a lot of stuff.
A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar seems to help him.
