Would anyone like to share what they consider the perfect diet for health?

One of my biggest problems is the love of sugary beverages. I love Pepsi, sweet tea, and A&W. I try to stop, but nothing seems to help, as I stop for a while and then start again.

A good balance of carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals would be considered a balanced diet. If having a healthy food all the week, you can have only one cheat day. We all know too many calories is no good :)

I wonder how many pounds you would gain with that one cheat day.

For me, a perfect diet is to eat a well-balanced diet and do some appropriate exercises.
