Hi everyone, finally am back after 3 months, and will finish off my big list of 90's tunes.. I believe I still have like 45 out of 50 songs left haha so that should take a while. Anyways, I also decided to start this list of top 10 cover songs that I could think of, to the best of my ability.. So here we go! :)
So, the first song on the list is Smooth Criminal by Alien Ant Farm. The original is by Michael Jackson. Personally, I like the Alien Ant Farm version more myself, but I am not really a Michael Jackson fan exactly, and I also kind of grew up with the Alien Ant Farm version, so I guess maybe there is a bias there. Thank you very much! :) Really? It's nice that I am not forgotten, heh. I never forgot about you guys, there were a few times where I wanted to come back earlier but for some reason I couldn't bring myself to post stuff, anyways I am back and here to stay hopefully :)

@mawdest - I like Michael Jackson, but I prefer this version better. They turned it into their own song, rather than just doing a note for note cover.

Oh my gosh there is a cover of Ring of Fire that I love by Lera Lynn. I watch Pretty Little Liars and it was on that show, and it was stuck in my head for weeks. But I enjoyed it

I like this version better than the Michael Jackson one. Good pick! Of course, I can't hear this song without thinking of that scene in the movie American Pie 2. The song was playing in the background, I'll just leave it at that...

I love this version. Fall out Boy also has a cover of an MJ song. I think it's Thriller, but I can't remember.
