They used to be popular here at one time. I never used them but did use some Melaleuca products but was not crazy about then and so I never got involved in selling them. It is easier to sell them if you really like the products.

I don't know about this product in particular but, in general, you are being asked to join a 'pyramid scheme' and this sort of thing inevitably means that the product is very overpriced (because the profit from selling it has to go to pay your upline) and the claims made for its usefulness are very overstated.
Pyramid selling usually involves a lot of hard work for very little real gain. You will probably be expected to buy a certain quantity of product and you will probably find it difficult to sell because your 'market' is nearly always family, friends and neighbours whom you will be expected to sign up as your 'downline' (that being the only way to make anything from selling it).
In short, pyramid selling only really profits the few people at the top of the pyramid and will probably cost you money in the end and will certainly cost you time and anxiety.

You're right. I also think that the product is expensive because it's imported from US.
