Saturday afternoon babbles.

We walked up to check the mail, which of course comes during the hottest part of the day. There wasn't anything. But on the way back to the house we ran into the neighbors and spent a couple minutes talking to them. While talking to the father/husband and his middle son the clouds started rolling in darker and more menacing looking so we decided to come home so we wouldn't be stuck up there if it started raining. We are down at our house now and even though the clouds are here and it is thundering it hasn't started raining yet. I am crossing my fingers that it does though. It would cool things off a lot. I am getting ready to finish unloading the dishwasher and then reload it and probably run it, then just enjoy the rest of the afternoon until I make dinner. Chicken alfredo tonight. mmmm. What is everyone sle up to this afternoon?
