Leadership can be Quite Demanding Especially When There's Disorder

Imagine any person having to deal with a bunch of disorderly people. It's quite difficult to get any understanding from groups of people who never truly listen. Some may not understand perhaps because they're unwilling to understand. Some leaders have to continuously deal with problem after problem because there are "some who are unwilling to accept a person's calling." There are some leaders who have been labeled as dictators only because some were unwilling to follow their rules. Leaders must stand firm even when most disagree. The decisions made should be based on logical thinking and not based on being liked. "No leader should accept being abused in any manner." Too many people do not respect leaders, however there are some leaders who should not be in their positions. There are some who only want individuals to be removed from their positions because they're power driven. Not because they're concerned about the "leadership" style but because they want to takeover. Leaders who have earned their place should fight for their positions. There are rights even when it appears as if they're aren't any. "Leadership Isn't an Easy Position to be in. Not all Will Respect the Position but Continue on Knowing That Qualifications are There." By: Tanikka Paulk
