Former Cleveland Cavaliers general manager David Griffin who was let go by Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert at the end of the current basketball season was trying to latch on in the front office of the New York Knicks.
Since Knicks owner James Dolan did not want to let Griffin bring his assistants to run the team, Griffin has withdrawn his name to work with the Knicks organization. I do not blame him for taking his stance on the matter.
The Knicks have Steve Mills to be their general manager as this time to try to rebuild the franchise that has become a joke for many sports writers nationwide.

I know what you mean. Now Max Kellerman and Stephen A Smith will be howling like wolves on the set of "First Fake".
