It rained all day and night

And it is still raining. What a summer! But the plants are growing and flowering even though I can't tend to them as I would like to. My kale and other salad greens are ready for picking. There is nothing quite like young, fresh from the garden kale. Can't wait for the tomatoes and cucumbers.
My neighbor is putting in a new driveway and the street is a mess. Seems like it will be another week before they are done. Must be costing her a fortune. Yes I am a little bit jealous since my driveway looks like crap.
How are things going with you today. Hope the weather is better in your area.

It wasn't when they started days ago but they muddled through, however, just noticed they seemed to have given up for the rest of the day

Here it seems it rains more often than usual. It is in summer and it is not supposed to rain so much. I don't like the rain. I don't mind hot weather and I like sunshine. Due to the rain, it is not as hot as usual. This is the only one advantage.

We have done the same with our new fence - two of our neighbors shared the cot and the work for the fence on their sides. It does help a lot.

We're in our dry season at the moment and I miss the sound of rain, but too much rain can also be a struggle. I hope you get some sunshine soon @Freelanzer .

In India also it is raining heavily. The streets are messy.People find it difficult to travel. I am also staying indoors. Did not step out from my house since 5-6 days.

Sunny and I hope NO rain. I am beginning to get cucumbers and I have red tomatoes already

It sure is which means we will have more days of inconvenience. The workers were there at 6 AM in raincoats but it seems they have given up a few hours later.
