What is the most annoying thing you come across while driving or riding?

Apparently, I noticed that it drives me crazy when people don't give a proper indicator or drive so slowly on the state highway right in the middle of the road occupying the entire road leading to traffic jams.
I mean why? Don't you have that much sense to follow road etiquettes? How much effort does it take to put a proper indicator?
Tell me about your driving experiences? What all difficulties have you faced and how did you tackle them? Do you follow road etiquettes?

Driving way under the speed limit, riding my bumper when I am already going the speed limit or over it, not using a turn signal, cutting me off, pulling out in front of me and then continuing to drive slow, not turning head lights on during bad weather or at night.... There are a lot of things that make me angry when driving.

. And out of this, I wanna tell you that pulling out in front and then continuing to drive slow annoys me too.
