There is this belief that there is no end to wants and so we must only go after getting our needs. But what happens when our want becomes a need. I quite understand that but when I know I can conveniently get what I want then that becomes a need

@allknowing it doesn't work like that for me. I consider needs the basic elements of life. For me they're still wants if life will proceed without them.

@allknowing I have alot of them at home, new ones, but I was thinking of having another pair but I didn't as I didn't really need it at the time...Now I think I need to...

I manage to draw a clear line as there is no end to what we want and exclusiveness of the product can be a fatal attraction. I don't want needless material things to encroach upon my time. I have no issues, however, with those who "live it up" - siva
