There is this belief that there is no end to wants and so we must only go after getting our needs.
But what happens when our want becomes a need. What if you feel you need a

I quite understand that but when I know I can conveniently get what I want then that becomes a need

@allknowing it doesn't work like that for me. I consider needs the basic elements of life. For me they're still wants if life will proceed without them.

I think at the moment I need a new pair of high heels that is comfortable enough for me to walk day after day which I used to want...

@allknowing I have alot of them at home, new ones, but I was thinking of having another pair but I didn't as I didn't really need it at the time...Now I think I need to...
