Someone Really Wanted To Get Into The House (Haha)

We were sitting at the dinner table when I first spotted him looking in the window. He was looking straight at me and when he saw no response, he went to another window. Still no response... he was soaking wet. So he went to the door and started hitting the door. We all looked at each other wondering what to do. Before you start to wonder... it was Chuck... a dog that comes to visit every couple of months and we generally make a fuss over him but as I said... he was soaking wet from swimming in the creek, so we really couldn't let him into the house... If anything, he was determined. He even got up on his hind legs so that he could look in the kitchen window. He's a German Shepherd. At one point he even ran around to the back porch and scratched on that door. So... we finally went out, closing the door quickly, taking a towel with us... gave him a good rub down and played with him for a while. About twenty minutes later, he finally decided that he was going to go home... probably to be fed and took off up the driveway... to wherever he lives...
