VERY HOT Weather Here in Virginia Today

I had to go out today on one of the hottest days we’ve had this summer so far. I had a chiropractor’s appointment that I just couldn’t reschedule, because my back has been hurting so bad. And, now it feels great! I love my chiropractor. It was interesting today, when he told me that his daughter, who just turned 21 years old, announced that she was moving out of his house to an apartment with two other young women. He didn’t care for the idea at all, but what was interesting to me, is that I remember when that child was born. That’s how long I have been going to him for spinal adjustments. I started seeing him after I was involved in an automobile accident in Hawaii, more than 21 years ago. It doesn’t seem possible. While I was out, I also ran by the Drug Store where I purchase my Post Cards. I got 16 today, but have already addressed 4 of those to be mailed tomorrow. They go really fast now, it seems. I actually mailed three post cards this morning on my way to the chiropractor and now I have four more ready to go out tomorrow. To Germany, Taiwan, Slovakia, and Norway. Last week after I got home from ten days in North Carolina, I had NINE post cards waiting for me at the post office. This is a FUN hobby. It’s supposed to be even hotter tomorrow and up to 105 F by Friday. I hope this heat wave ends soon. It’s just way too HOT for me. Numerous forest fires are raging in the West. Thousands of acres and many homes and other buildings have been destroyed.
