Both are necessary, sometimes hard work more than talent. But what is more necessary in today's world is to show others how talented and hard-working you are. Blowing your own trumpet is what is most important.

you can't do anything without talent for get the talent you always do a hardwork.so i prefer both thing both depend on each other.
