Night time again

So I'm sitting here after making the family their supper and thinking how I'm starting to feel that blah feeling again. I start thinking about it more and more as I get myself a bowl of Butter Pecan Ice Cream. I mean if you are going to try to dissect what your problem is why not with something that tastes good?!
I have only figured out one thing really, and that is I feel worse at night. So night time depression? Gonna have to go research this one. Anyways hope others are doing good.

I have learned that focusing on other things other than the actual problem, diminishes the symptoms

Maybe you feel worse because you're tired and you get more tired in the evening..
