How did you quit?

I really don't know why I started smoking. Ever since I was little, I would sniff my father's stash of menthol cigarette. Then I tried to light a stick, and again and again and there I was. Hooked.
I don't want to bore you all with the story of me quitting and goung back smoking and so on. My story started 3 months ago. I've decided to stop smoking and start vaping, and I am cigarette free since April 8, 2017.
So how about you? How did you quit?

I quit a lot of times.
Now I been quit for almost 2 yrs and chew nicotine gum.
I am glad you also quit. I tried the vapes but no good for me.

The first time I quit cold turkey and it was so hard. Then I had a relapse 5 years later. Things got really really stressful and I was stupid. This time it will be 2 years in Dec and like you it is with a Vap. My husband actually quit with me this time using a vap too. Im down to a 1 nicotine and now trying to let go of this. LOL! At least it is healthier with no tar and such in it. Good job to you too, quitting is soooo hard!
